Overview

Feild explores artificial intelligence, perception, and the idea of living within a constructed reality — operating somewhere between film, sound and system.

Developed as a personal project by Warren Blackmore, Feild is the first teaser from a wider concept album — a body of work built around artificial systems, authorship and control.

The film sits in an ambiguous space. Familiar, but slightly off. Controlled environments, subtle distortions, and moments that feel constructed without ever fully resolving. There’s no clear boundary between what’s real and what’s generated — everything exists in that in-between.

Pacing is deliberate. The film holds on moments, allowing small shifts in light, movement and texture to carry weight. Narrative takes a back seat to feeling — the piece operates more like a loop than a linear story.

Sound is central to the work. Developed alongside the music, the visuals and audio are designed to function as a single system — evolving together as part of the larger concept.
